Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), Audio Recordings and Body Worn Video | To assist in keeping members of the public, visitors, employees and contractors safe whilst on our premises. To help reduce crime and disorder on DHP Family premises, as per our licensing and contractual obligation. To improve crime detection and provide evidence in legal claims or prosecutions.
We collect this data via: · CCTV images both internally and externally at the premises, with some cameras also collecting audio recordings · Body worn video and audio recordings operated by our security contractors for accidents and incidents.

CCTV is kept for a minimum of 31 days in normal circumstances. Data on the CCTV systems will be deleted after 3 months, if not already over written by the normal function of the CCTV system.
In accident and incident investigations CCTV and body worn video may be kept for 3 years, when part of legal proceedings or where we have reasonable grounds to expect they will form part of the legal proceedings. |
Accident Records | We have a legal duty to record accidents and they form part of the information gathered by DHP Family. We use accident anonymised data to monitor safety performance within DHP Family operations.

In accident and incident investigations CCTV and body worn video may be kept for 3 years, when part of legal proceedings or where we have reasonable grounds to expect they will form part of the legal proceedings.
We will remove personal information from records after 3 years, and in the event no legal proceedings are active. We will use anonymised data indefinitely or until it is no longer used in the monitoring safety to the company. |
Recruitment and Employment | In order to comply with our contractual, statutory, and management obligations and responsibilities, we process personal data, including personal data from job applicants and employees.
Contractual Responsibilities: Our contractual responsibilities include those arising from the contract of employment. The data processed to meet these responsibilities includes, but is not limited to, data relating to: payroll, bank account, postal address, sick pay, leave, maternity pay, pension and emergency contacts. Management Responsibilities: The data processed to meet management responsibilities includes, but is not limited to, data relating to: recruitment and employment, training and development, absence, disciplinary, e-mail address and phone number.
